The Head of Steam has launched its new Beer Tasting Experiences, aimed at getting more people trying and talking about beer.
The project, led by team member Kieran Cant, will see the bars offering two masterclasses: An Introduction to Beer and Around the World in Beer, with the added option to tailor a bespoke tasting, too.
In-house beer experts in each bar will take customers through the brewing process and ingredients, to help everyone learn more about beer, and the flavours associated with each beer style.
The beer tastings are being promoted as a great option for parties and Christmas socials, as well as something different for team building and work get-togethers.
The Head of Steam, which is owned by Hartlepool-based Camerons Brewery, offers pub-goers a choice of more than 100 types of craft beer, real ale, and fridges packed with bottles and cans from across the globe.
Reinforcing The Head of Steam’s passion for beer since the first pub opened over 20 years ago, all bars are registered verified venues on the Untappd social media app, where customers can find out the latest guest brews at the bar, and CAMRA members are also able to benefit from a discount on cask ales, too.
