Sheffield’s True North Brew Co haves released its latest pale ale, and it is available to try now in selected venues.

Named after the North star, Polaris is a smooth, golden-coloured beer, with restrained bitterness, and malt character to balance the hops. Amarillo and Simcoe hops give this beer a juicy, fruity, and piney character.

Brewed in Sheffield city centre, the beer has been added to True North’s core range, along with a bitter and blonde.

True North venues span South Yorkshire, in Sheffield, Barnsley, Mosborough and Dronfield, all offering extensive menus to compliment pints. Head to truenorthbrewco.uk/venues to find your local.

“Fancy trying Polaris? Well, have a third on us!” says the brewer. “We’re offering loyal Beer Today readers a sample of Polaris so you can try before you buy. Simply quote code BEER TODAY POLARIS in venue between today (March 8) and March 10 to try Sheffield’s new pale ale for free.” (Only one per person, and you must show ID to receive your free drink, to give your name and DOB to the venue. Samples are available while stocks last.)
