Stroud Brewery’s Christmas beer, Ding Dong, an easy-drinking ruby porter, is returning for another festive season.

The beer, which balances sweet spicy aromas with a fruity and kola nut taste, has 100% organic ingredients, and, at 4.5% ABV, is ready to enjoy with friends and family, a handful of roasted chestnuts and a crackling open fire.

Greg Pilley, owner and managing director of Stroud Brewery, said: “Ding Dong has proved extremely popular in previous years and usually sells out in bottle by the start of December. This year we’ve brewed a bigger batch to meet demand, but we have sold over 35% of our stock in ten days!

“The porter is both organic and vegan and is a great seasonal offering to our core range during the festive period. Offering distinct fragrant spices and chocolate malt it makes an ideal serve at any gathering this time of year and also makes a lovely Christmas gift.”
