Stonegate Pub Company has acquired the Be At One group of specialist cocktail bars for an undisclosed sum.
Stonegate plans to operate Be At One as a standalone, eighth format within its wider portfolio of some 700
predominantly high street pubs and bars.
In addition, Stonegate has exchanged contracts to acquire 15 bars from Novus Leisure Limited, again for an undisclosed sum.
Located in prime central London locations in the City and West End, the sites being acquired — all of which are leasehold — were selected from a total of 26 sites in Novus’s high-quality bars portfolio.
