Ahead of the bank holiday weekend, Seven Bro7hers has added a new passion fruit flavoured beer to its summer line up, following a 30% sales spike in fruit beer sales.
The Passion Fruit Pale is the latest addition to the brewery’s small-batch beers. Bursting with passion fruit aromas, this 5% ABV beer is packed full of flavour, says the brewer. There is a generous dry-hopping of experimental hops, plus old favourite El Dorado.
A pint of the Passion Fruit Pale will leave you with a lingering sweetness from the oats and dextrin, says the brewer, offering the full body experience of a pale ale without being too heavy.
Passion Fruit Pale is available in the Seven Bro7hers web shop web shop and will also be available in the brewery’s Manchester beer houses.
Chief executive, Keith McAvoy, said: “During the heatwave we saw a 30% rise in the sale of our fruitier beers — this has inspired us to create a new beer for our punters.
“Our Watermelon Wheat Beer and Honeycomb are always hugely popular with our drinkers, so it is great fun to explore new fruit flavours. We hope people will join us to enjoy the rest of the summer season and try the latest edition to the family.”
Last month the brewery returned its much-loved (and deliciously addictive) Marshmallow Stout to its range.
The brewery was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home.
