Acorn Brewery

Endeavour (5% ABV, cask)
Clear gold with a white head, this presumably makes use of the new British hop variety, Endeavour. It’s quite dry and earthy, with hints of clementine pith and elderflower, as well as some herbal notes. As ever with Acorn, a well-made, drinkable brew. (31-10-2015)

Flyer IPA (5% ABV, cask)
This gold / light amber bitter has gone down really well. The aroma is of hedgerow hops and spiciness and leads on to a gentley bitter palate, again with those hedgerow notes, spicing and light orange, with caramel malt in the background. Nicely done. (28-08-2016)
