Supply partner Brands Direct has been working with M&S again to further bolster the store’s already hugely impressive beer offering.
This month, it has added Beavertown canned beers — Neck Oil, Gamma Ray and Lupuloid — in more than 200 stores.
The launch also includes beers from Gipsy Hill Brewing Co, flagship Hogs Back Brewery ale TEA, a selection from low-alcohol specalist Nirvana Brewery, and Belgian delights from Brasserie St Feuillien.
Cider lovers are catered for with Stowford Press, and low-alcohol cider from Weston’s.
There’s innovation, too, in the form of Ireland Craft Beers’ Downstream, which uses Blockchain technology to enable the consumer to interact with the brewing process of the craft beer and gain knowledge on all aspects of the brew through its QR code.
