St Austell celebrates national sustainability award
• Sundowner X (6.5% ABV) is the latest version of Padstow’s popular NEIPA. “We’ve returned to North American hops for this iteration,” says the brewer, “using a combo of El Dorado, Idaho 7, Cashmere, and Mosaic along with the same extra fruity yeast variety we used for Sundowner 9.”
• Three classic Verdant brews are back. Pale ale Marylou, IPA Neal Gets Things Done, and DIPA Allen, became the first series of beers Verdant created, all brewed to showcase the same four hop varieties in different ways. Those hops are Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic.
