LDN taps

The founders of Craft Beer Rising festival have announced the dates for new beer event BrewLDN, taking place at The Old Truman Brewery from February 27 to 29 next year.

Building on the success of seven years of Craft Beer Rising, BrewLDN will drive innovation and create an unrivalled experience for the UK brewing trade and consumer markets, say the organisers.

The event will continue Daniel Rowntree and Chris Bayliss’ original ethos: an independent beer festival for trade and consumers alike, showcasing the world’s best brewers, quality street food and a fantastic music programme.

The three-day event will incorporate two trade sessions and four consumer sessions, each hosting up to 200 exhibitor stands. Exhibitors will include independent breweries, cider producers, spirit makers, snack stands and street food traders.

Opportunity to interact with brewers

The festival will focus on delivering a trade show that prioritises the needs of exhibitors and provides an infrastructure which enables retailers and operators to provide a great range of beers for their customers. BrewLDN will allow consumers to interact with the brands they already love and discover new ones for the first time.

Chris Bayliss said: “Craft Beer Rising was an incredible journey and something the team are all very proud of. We are keen to take all of those learnings to deliver the ultimate trade and consumer show in the UK.

“We’ll take this opportunity to start something new, with independent ownership and a renewed mission based on how the industry has evolved over the past few years.

“Innovation in brewing and discovering new tastes and trends are central to our ethosm as is championing diversity and sustainability within the industry. Annually, we expect to welcome 8,000 consumers and 4,000 trade guests across the three-day event.”
