Collision (6.2% ABV, can)
This is a big fruit bowl of a brew! All sorts going on: mango, stone fruit, grapgefruit. There are lovely malt notes from the spelt, and a smooth body courtesy of some oats. There’s plenty of body. The aroma is pretty dank, but there’s a suggestion of the fruit to come. Not one to hurry, this is on trend and on point.
Buy it: It’s available on the Unity Brewing Co website. I bought mine from the Red Elephant Beer Cellar in Truro.
