Now in its seventh year, the index, produced by WiHTL and Diversity in Retail, in partnership with The MBS Group, celebrates senior women leaders and their impact across the hospitality, travel, leisure, and retail sectors.

Through showcasing the variety of roles and careers that women have across the industry, WiHTL hopes to provide inspiration to women at the earlier stages of their career regarding the opportunities the industry can provide.

“I’m truly honoured to be recognised on the WiHTL Women to Watch list,” said Cat. “The team at WiHTL has played a pivotal role in shaping the DEI landscape over recent years, and I believe that strong representation and raising awareness are key to driving meaningful change. It’s a privilege to contribute to this movement alongside such an inspiring group of women.

“Since returning to the sector last year, I’ve been incredibly inspired by the talented women I work with at Butcombe Group. We have inspirational women across the business who are dedicated to shaping the future, supporting the next generation of talent, and creating new opportunities.

“While there is still work to be done, I’m encouraged by the genuine focus within the organisation to accelerate the change we all want to see.”
