Tickets for next year’s Dorchester Beerex, to be stage at the town’s Corn Exchange on 31st January and 1st February, will go on sale on 1st December, organisers have announced.

The first 100 people to place an order for Beerex tickets on the festival website will be entered into a prize draw, with one lucky individual winning a Dorchester Beerex 2025 polo shirt.
“The event is full steam ahead with regards to the organisation,” said Gemma Scott, chair of the Beerex committee. “We can’t wait for the tickets to go on sale, plus the launch of the new competition.
“The committee are busy working with some great sponsors. Without the sponsors the event would not be what we know and love, so thank you to all the sponsors already on board, and should you like to help support the event please contact one of the team.”
The festival’s main sponsor is local Cerne Abbas Brewery. Manager, Mark Wingate, said: ”Cerne Abbas Brewery are proud to be continuing our sponsorship of Dorchester Beerex, looking forward to catching up with old and new faces. Time to get our thinking caps on to create a special beer for the occasion!”
That beer will be one of about 84 cask ales from around the country. There will also be a good selection of cider.
The festival’s main beneficiary will be the Yeovil Free Wheeler Blood Bikes. Since 1978, the organisation has been providing a free, rapid, and reliable emergency medical motorcycle courier service to the local NHS.
Funds raised through the raffle will go to the Dorchester Youth and Community Centre, which provides a place for youngsters to safely meet and take part in activities with volunteers and youth leaders.
