Community interest company Women On Tap has announced the Summer Hop festival, being presented in partnership with Roosters Taproom and sponsored by Barthhaas.
Taking place on 4th July in Harrogate, Summer Hop will offer a condensed yet impactful experience designed to empower, packed with insights and highlighting the camaraderie of the beer community.
In lieu of a multi-day May festival, Women On Tap CIC is unveiling a year-round programme of events, collaborations, and activism projects. Summer Hop aims to embody the spirit of WOTFEST over the past seven years, packed into a few hours of inspiration and connection.
The festival will commence with an industry-focused segment featuring prominent speakers who are activists, leaders, and experts in the beer industry. Attendees can expect talks, panels, a guided tasting and social, where everyone, regardless of gender, is invited to participate and engage.
“We’re bringing together incredible voices that will undoubtedly inspire and educate,” said Women in Tap founder Rachel Auty.
“Summer Hop is our way of offering a taste of WOTFEST while we pause the main annual festival to focus on long-term sustainability for the social enterprise.”
Tickets will be available from this Friday (15th March). Sign up for the mailing list here.
