Anglia Maltings Holdings (AMH) — comprising Crisp Malt, EDME Food Ingredients, and Micronized Food Products — has been acquired by Richardson International.

Richardson International processes and refines Canadian-grown oilseeds into quality oils and manufactures oil-based ingredients for the retail, food service, and industrial sectors. It is also actively involved in processing oats and durum into a variety of value-added food products. Recognised as one of Canada’s best managed companies, its operations span Canada, the US, and the UK.
