The latest release has been designed for easy summer sipping, offering IPA flavour without the hangover. Joining its core range of beers, Jackstaff is named after a flagpole on a ship.
Jump Ship was born in 2019 out of a love of beer and a horror of hangovers. Sonja Mitchell, a keen sailor, beer lover, and mother of three, decided to ‘jump ship’ from her marketing job to launch a non-alcoholic brewing company based firmly on flavour.
“Jackstaff is the perfect non-alcoholic session IPA,” said Sonja. “It’s full flavoured and satisfying, drinkable and moreish, so is the perfect addition to summer barbecues.
“Brewed with Mosaic and Centennial hops for a heady mix of citrus and peach, Jackstaff joins our award-winning Yardarm Lager, Goosewing IPA, Flying Colours Pale Ale, and Stoker’s Stoat in part of our main collection of non-alcoholic beers, which are available all year round.”
Jump Ship Brewing has a strong charitable focus at its heart, with a commitment from the outset to donate at least 10% of its profits to a variety of charities. These are nominated by Jump Ship’s customers, or ‘ship mates’.
