The results of the 2023 London Beer Competition have been announced. Entries are evaluated for quality, value for money, packaging, and design.
“We were blown away, not just by the standard of wines, beers, and spirits entered, but by the numbers of producers and importers that took part in the 2023 competition from all corners of the world,” said Sid Patel, chief executive of Beverage Trade Network, which runs the London Wine, Beer, and Spirits competitions.
“This is another record year and shows how quickly the drinks industry has taken to competitions that judge products in the same way that consumers buy them. What they taste like, what value for money they offer, and what they look like on shelf or on a back bar. The results also illustrate the wonderful diversity and quality of winemaking, brewing and distilling around the world.”
