Lewes-based Harvey’s Brewery is launching a competition to reward independent thinkers who go out of their way to perform good deeds.
Harvey’s slogan, We Wunt B Druv, is a Sussex phrase meaning ‘we won’t be driven’. It’s in this spirit that the brewer has come up with its new promotion, to reward those who have done a good deed. Such deeds could be:
- Getting the neighbour’s bins in
- Buying a pint (of Harvey’s of course) for someone
- Helping a friend move house
- Deing a designated driver (you #willbedruv in this case!)
- Raising money for a good cause
- Showing someone what an awesome job they’re doing
- Beating the odds to help others
- Offering the last Rolo
To enter, take a photograph of your good deed and share it on social media with the hashtag #wewuntbedruv. Then tag/nominate three friends to do a #wewuntbrdruv act to enter.
On the 5th of each month, Harvey’s will select a winner to get a special prize (this month’s was a signed Brighton and Hove Albion shirt). Runners-up will get some Harvey’s goodies.
