South London brewery Orbit Beers has collaborated with Oxford-based social enterprise Tap Social Movement to brew a Belgian wit beer.
All Hands On Zest (4.6% ABV) is a light, refreshing wheat beer, hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, with the addition of blood orange zest, coriander seeds, and grains of paradise.
The lightly spiced Belgian wit is light and dry, with refreshing notes of lemon and orange citrus, bubblegum, and floral aromas. These are followed up by subtle spices of black pepper and ginger.
This beer comes as part of Orbit Beers’ White Label Series, which are released monthly and explore the more experimental side of brewing alongside the core range.
Tap Social Movement grew out of a passion for good beer and social justice. It is a craft brewery and hospitality organisation that creates employment and training for ex-offenders because it believes that everyone benefits when no-one is excluded from the job market.
The can artwork and tap badge design are based on the use of blood orange zest in the recipe and were created by one of the prisoners working with Tap Social Movement.
