The charity anticipates it will give out 700,000 food parcels this winter, 275,000 of which will be for children. The soaring cost of living means more and more people are being forced to use food banks. So, this Christmas, Trussell Trust has launched an emergency appeal.

Raffle tickets are £5 for one entry or £10 for three. All you have to do is donate a chosen amount and your entry (or entries) will be thrown into the hat for your chance to win a prize each day. Daily prizes are revealed 8am via Kimberley’s Instagram, and daily winners are picked every night on Instagram Live at 8pm.

So far, Kimberley has amassed prizes worth more than £2,000, and the raffle itself has raised £2,596 for Trussell Trust. More than 35 breweries and companies in the industry have donated prizes.

Kimberley said: “Originally, I intended to do a twelve days of Christmas raffle, but it quickly spiralled into a full Advent calendar-style raffle running until Christmas Eve. Then it has been extended for a third time, because everyone has been so generous!

“The raffle will now run until 31st December, where I’ll host an hour-long Instagram Live giving away lots of prizes as an amazing way to conclude things. Thanks to everyone that’s donated so far — it really means a lot.”
