Art lovers and beer fans are being invited to design the next Two Tribes can as the London brewer launches a competition to redesign its best-selling beer with the power of AI.
The brewer will create a limited edition run of its Dream Factory Pale Ale using crowd-sourced artificial intelligence-generated art on the label.
Eight entries will be selected to feature on the new label. Each winner will get a case of the limited edition ‘AI-PA’, and one overall winner will win a full year’s supply of beer.
To enter, fans simply have to visit the Two Tribes’ website where they will be directed to the competition Discord channel.
Once in Discord, fans will be able to create AI art by entering prompts in the competition channel. Inspired by the name of the beer, Two Tribes is specifically looking for pieces related to the theme of dreaming.
Justin Deighton, founder of Two Tribes, said: “We’re always looking to innovate through collaboration. Connecting with our creative community of beer drinkers through Midjourney is really exciting and unique.
“Dream Factory is our award-winning pale ale that takes you to where dreams are made of. Together we will create the first beer in the age of artificial intelligence. I’m really looking forward to seeing the artwork entries.”
The competition was launched on Monday and will run for two weeks. Everyone who enters the competition will be given a discount on a case of Dream Factory.
