Devika, a 5.2% ABV IPA from True North Brewing Co, has been named champion beer of Sheffield at the Steel City Beer Festival in the city.
Devika is brewed at True North’s city centre brewery on Eldon Street, next door to Forum Kitchen and Bar, by head brewer Dean Hollingworth.
Dean said: “It’s always an honour to be recognised for the beer that we brew, especially in our own city. You can try Devika all weekend at the Steel City Beer Festival, or find it on the bar at Riverside Kelham.”
Devika was blind tasted by 26 judges against 22 beers from 22 Sheffield breweries.
