BrewCon London is back this weekend, featuring a keynote talk from Jonny Garrett, alongside a plethora of other talks from leading figures in the brewing industry.

BrewCon 2022

Joining Jonny will be Robin Head-Fourman (Beak Brewery), Andy Parker (Elusive Brewing), Jeremy Swainson (Utopian Brewing), as well as representatives from key brewing suppliers Lallemand, Yakima Chief, Murphy & Son, and Muntons.

For the second year running, BrewCon London is being jointly held at Hackney and Wild Card breweries. It will feature a live BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) judging session, and tutored tastings from a number of breweries, including the hosts, Neckstamper Brewing, Budweiser Budvar, Howling Hops, and BrewCon favourite Jo Jones – The Rambling Beer Man.

With two sessions spread across Saturday, attendees will be able to enjoy a slightly less crowded event. This will allow everyone time to access the exhibitors they want to see, attend a couple of talks, enjoy a tutored tasting, and sample the wares from not one quality taproom but two.

Two sessions will also give attendees the option to enjoy the thriving Blackhorse Road Beer Mile, with breweries such as Signature Brew, Exale Brewing, Pillars, and Beerblefish Brewhouse, all just minutes away. Attendees will also be able to attend the much anticipated BrewCon Club Night, on Saturday evening from 9pm until late (only a handful of tickets left).

The BREWexpo will see the return of long-time supporters Malt Miller and Grainfather. The latter in particular will be bringing some very exciting new products to showcase.

Muntons, Lallemands, and Yakima Chief will all be present with stands, and a series of interactive workshops and sensory training sessions running throughout the weekend. Completing this year’s line-up are Hopcat and new addition Lauter Bottleshop + Brewspace, a retailer dedicated to the freshest craft beer alongside all-grain recipe kits and brewing paraphenalia.
