Staffordshire-based Titanic Brewery has opened the latest of its bod Café Bars in Alsager, Cheshire, in a former solicitors’ office.
The venue, on Crewe Road, will offer local residents a relaxing and comfortable environment to meet and socialise.
Introduced in 2018, Titanic’s Bod Café bars bring together the best of cafés and micropubs in one space, offering customers everything from coffee and cake to craft beers and wines. The brewery now operates seven of these venues across the country, alongside its eight pubs.
Jonathan Wright, Titanic Brewery’s head of retail, said: “The team have been working hard over the past weeks to get everything ready, and we’re really proud of the venue that we’ve opened here.
“At their heart, our bod Café Bars have always been about supporting the local communities in which they exist, and we’re excited to be part of the vibrant and engaging community here in Alsager.”
Sustainability is a key part of the ethos of bod Café Bars, which is why many of the products have been sourced locally from independent suppliers. Customers are also able get a 50p discount on hot drinks if they bring their own re-usable travel cup.
“Everyone is welcome at our bods,” Jonathan added. “From hearty breakfasts and lunches to delicious coffees and cakes, and, of course, a fantastic range of wines, spirits, and beers, including our own award-winning Titanic ales, we’re sure that there will be something for everyone here at bod Alsager.”
• Opening times are Sunday to Thursday, 8.30am to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday, 8.30am until 11pm.
