Summer Beer Thing, a month-long residency, has arrived at Kampus, a city centre garden neighbourhood in Manchester.
The pop-up is introducing Summer Beer Things’ operator, Common & Co, to Kampus and its residents, ahead of the opening of the flagship unit, Cornerstone, in the autumn.
Summer Beer Thing will occupy The Bungalow at Kampus, trading from Thursday to Sunday, noon until late. Tables will be walk-up only — no bookings.
Alongside weekend DJs, there will also be the kind of ad-hoc events that Summer Beer Thing goers have come to know and love, including beer tastings.
The bar has eight rotating taps of the finest and most sessionable beers around, plus natural wines, cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks. There is support from Salt Beer Factory and Sipsmith Gin.
