Purity Brewing Co has joined forces with Turncoat, a Liverpool distillery from craft brewer Terry Langton, to create Cascade Gin.
Available in 70cl bottles, the 43% ABV gin is a collusion of modern pure quality distilling and brewing. Created using hops straight from Purity’s hop store, the collaboration is the result of two like-minded brands with a passion for quality, raising expectations, and for striving to push the boundaries of British refinement.
Incredible bursts of citrus aroma are balanced with a cardamom backbone, while the addition of Cascade hops enhance the flavour profile with piny and herbal notes.
Perfect with Indian or elderflower tonic water, this special creation is now available at Purity’s brewery shop near Stratford-on-Avon and online at bottleshack.uk
