Polar Monkeys’ Blue Collar Amber Lager and Chairman IPA are to be made available on draught, the Nordic-inspired Theodor Schiøtz Brewing Company has announced.
Blue Collar Amber Lager (5% ABV) is the fresh, laid-back member of the Polar Monkeys family. A crisp, balanced hoppy flavour delivers a thirst-quenching beer, while the light amber colour and vibrant citrus palate complement the fruit notes and appealing floral scent.
Chairman is a well-balanced American-style IPA, delivering a refreshing taste, complemented by a hoppy aroma. The beer has a deep reddish colour and the richness of malty hops and caramel, finished with the fresh tart notes of grapefruit. At 6%, it is one of the higher-ABV craft beers in the Polar Monkeys range, matching spicy cuisine and a host of popular exotic dishes.
Available in 20-litre kegs, the beers have been created in Denmark for their easy-drinking nature, using only the highest quality ingredients.
