    Katy Moses, managing director of KAM, and Steve Alton reveal fresh insights from their 2026 Pub Roadmap research, showing how publicans can unlock the full potential of their teams.
  • The Taste Test: Taking on functional and feelgood drinks
    A guided tasting with Laura Willoughby MBE, co-founder of Club Soda, and members of the Functional Drink Collective. Sampling functional drinks, learning what they’re designed to do, how they taste, and when they work best.
