Keystone Brewing Group is emphasising it is not in administration via the social media accounts of the breweries it now has under its umbrella.

“We’re still here,” says the message. “And we are fighting for the future of great beer.”
The company clarifies that it has filed a notice of intent to appoint an administrator “which is a protective measure that allows is to keep trading as normal while we secure new investment or explore a potential sale”.
Keystone started out as capital investment outfit BrealGroup. It has purchased Black Sheep and Purity breweries, among others, over the past couple of years, as well as brewery brands, such as North. Last month Keystone announced it would brew and distribute Hong Kong-based Gweilo beers.
It also makes a distributes beers from Hofmeister, Big Drop, Magic Rock, Fourpure, and Brew By Numbers.
“We’re still brewing, we’re still delivering, we’re still here,” says Keystone.
