Siren Craft Brew have revealed details of this year’s Caribbean Chocolate Cake beers, ahead of their official release on Friday (14th November).

“This year, we’re fully embracing the premium chocolate series with four variations that draw out unique and distinct directions in the classic flavour profile,” says the brewer.
The beer line-up
Milk Chocolate CCC (7.4% ABV, tropical stout)
A sweet, creamy showcase of hand-roasted cacao nibs harmonised by Cypress wood spirals.
Dark Chocolate CCC (7.4% ABV, tropical stout)
As above, but richer and more intense.
Deconstructed Barrel CCC (8.4% ABV, tropical stout)
Bourbon-aged cacao nibs, ageing on used barrel staves, and an infusion of soaked Cypress wood bring depth and complexity to this brew.
Darth by CCC (14% ABV, imperial tropical stout)
A collaboration with Star Wars-themed Emperor’s Brewery. Rich, thick, and indulgent, with additions of hand-roasted cacao, aromatic Amburana wood, and silky vanilla.
