Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have submitted a planning application to create a big new Wrexham Lager brewery.
The brewery would be built next to Wrexham FC, which the actors (pictured above) famously own. The duo also co-own the brewery, with the Roberts family.
“The Wrexham Lager proposals, consisting of a brewery and associated taproom and museum, will utilise existing buildings on the site,” the planning application reads.
Reynolds and McElhenney say the venue would “provide an attractive welcome to the city of Wrexham” and would include tasting rooms for visitors and football fans.
