Innovus Engineering have added two high-speed models to the top end of their automatic canning machine range.

The CF35 and CF70 units offer capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 cans per hour respectively. They both feature the company’s new servo-driven seaming technology, offering not only speed improvements, but also giving the operator full control over seam settings via the Siemens touchscreen HMI.
As with all Innovus machines, the CF35 and CF70 are hand-built in the UK, using all stainless steel as well as caustic-safe CIP.
Other brewer-focused features include an integrated brite tank pressure monitoring system, which delivers highly repeatable fill levels to +/- 2ml, as well as remote-access modules as standard, giving Innovus engineers quick access to machine settings and data in case of any service or support requirement.
“The CF35 and CF70 raise the bar again for in-line atmospheric filling, and we’re excited to be bringing them to market after many months of development work by the team,” said Innovus Engineering managing director Michael McClue.
“Craft brewers and beverage producers alike should have confidence that these machines have been designed in close collaboration with their peers in the industry, combining intuitive operation with high technical specification and build quality.
