Manchester-based Balance Brewing and Blending are preparing a weekender celebration to mark their fourth anniversary, from 19th to 22nd June.
On the Thursday, the brewers will release the first edition of their birthday beer, as well as celebrating with a Balance Cycling Club ride.
On the Friday, Pray Tell will be in for a night of cocktails, focusing on using Balance beers as ingredients.
On Saturday, the birthday blend will be on handpull. Balance will also be pouring a selection of rare and aged bottles and kegs. There will be a Beernomicon bottle share, too, and from 5pm house DJs will be on.
Last but not least, there’s the birthday blending session. “Last year’s was a massive success and we can’t wait to have you down again to taste barrels and come up with our second (now annual) birthday beer!,” say the brewers.
Tickets are available here. They include one (or three) bottles plus eight to ten tasters from barrel, and a welcome drink.
