Thornbridge Brewery’s June Beer Club box celebrates the 20th anniversary of their famous flagship IPA, Jaipur, with three interesting variants.
The collection comprises Jaipur Joins Faith, Pink Grapefruit Jaipur, and Hazy Jaipur, as well as the original recipe brew in a limited edition 20th anniversary can.
Jaipur Joins Faith is a collaboration with Northern Monk, who brew the Faith brand. The recipe blends both recipes, a seamless fusion of the two brewers; signature styles, bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. A light sweetness in the body provides balance before a bitter finish.
Pink Grapefruit Jaipur sees an addition of the citrus fruit amplify the fresh, zesty profile. This brings a new layer of bright, tangy sweetness that complements the beer’s natural hop bitterness, resulting in a balanced and fruit-forward IPA.
Hazy Jaipur, formerly known as DDH Jaipur, uses the same ingredients as the flagship Jaipur. What sets it apart is the double-hopping, which creates a vibrant, radiant haze.
