London-based Mondo Brewing Co are celebrating their tenth anniversary with a full-scale brand refresh, looking ahead to a new era.

Founded in 2015 with a passion for creativity, quality, and community, Mondo built a strong local following. But like many independent breweries, the business was hit hard by a string of challenges. After the Covid lockdowns, rising costs, and pressure from global beer giants made trading conditions increasingly difficult.
Thanks to the commitment of its team, support from the local community, and backing from industry veteran Rupert Thompson, Mondo lives on. Rupert, known for his long-standing contributions to the UK beer scene, played a crucial role in securing the brewery’s future and helping guide its strategic revival.
“The last four years have been pretty brutal for small independent brewers, but it is wonderful to see a story of survival and revival in Mondo,” said Rupert Thompson. “They restructured and refinanced, and are now operating a much leaner, more sustainable business, and the exciting relaunch promises a bright future.”
Mondo’s core range has been given a bold new look, with award-winning fan favourites returning alongside new additions. Dennis Hopp’r IPA remains the flagship, now joined by Texas Whistle, available in 330ml cans, bottles, and 30-litre kegs.
Completing the refreshed core line-up are Road Soda (a juicy New England pale ale), Little Victories (a crisp session IPA), and Hiker (a classic Helles lager, formerly known as Machina).
“This is more than a new look — it’s a celebration of 10 years of beer, creativity, and community,” said Mondo’s co-founder and managing director, Todd Matteson. “We’ve come through one of the hardest periods in our history, and this brand refresh is a declaration of intent. We’re here, we’re independent, and we’re excited for the next chapter.”
To bring the new identity to life, Mondo partnered with award-winning brand specialists CookChick, known for their standout work in food and beverage.
At the heart of the refresh is a bold new M logo featuring bespoke internal artwork by Luke Drozd, a multidisciplinary artist who has worked with Mondo since 2019. His playful, textured style brings depth and narrative to the brand, echoing Mondo’s creative spirit and strong visual legacy.
The official launch party, with Mondo’s team in attendance, will take place at the Crown and Anchor, London, on 4th June, SW11, from 6pm. The new look will also be unveiled at:
