Small Beer has collaborated with Sorted Food, an innovative food community, to launch Blanche, a brew designed for the modern drinker.
Blanche has an ABV of 2.5% and will be available in 330ml cans. It is brewed with West Country wheat from the last remaining UK floor maltings in Warminster, Sussex-grown coriander, and Spanish orange peel.
“Blanche is more than just a beer, it’s a celebration of our shared values with Sorted Food,” said Small Beer co-founder James Grundy. “This is a beer made for the modern drinker — those looking to strike the right social lifestyle balance.” There are just 94 calories per can.
James added: “We’re thrilled to partner with the Sorted team. It’s been a true grain to glass journey that we’ve been on together, so it’s fantastic to now be bringing this beautiful beer to life with them.”
