Verdant calls them the OGs of OGs. The Cornwall brewer is concluding a trip down memory lane with releases of Bloom IPA and Pulp double IPA.

“We’ve had a blast reminiscing while brewing beers we haven’t tasted in a while, and we’ve also been tweaking and testing new recipes,” says the brewer.
“Thank you to everyone who suggested future Verdant Originals beer additions. All your ideas will be taken into account for the next season — stay tuned!”
Pulp (8% ABV) was Verdant’s first DIPA. Citrusy, mangoey, and piney, there’s good bitterness, with a dry finish that hides its strength.
Bloom (6.5% ABV) is almost a single-hop Mosaic IPA, with just a hint of Columbus. “Don’t be surprised to find bitterness here, even a touch of clarity and a dry finish!” says the brewer.
