Preparations are under way for the annual Clifford Champion Beer Festival, in West Yorkshire, which will be run for the 15th time this year.
The festival, on 28th June, will raise funds for both Clifford Village Hall and Clifford Football Club. In 2024, sponsors, prize-providers, and festival attendees helped to raise £8,000 to share between them.
The hall serves everyone in Clifford, as well as surrounding villages, and has recently had an extension added to become more inclusive for people with disabilities. The football club is continuing to grow. As well as the adult team, there are now several junior teams, welcoming both girls and boys.
The family-friendly festival attracts around 700 visitors from local towns and villages, as well as further afield. Find out more and start planning now at the festival website.
