The 2024 vintage of Adnams popular and bold barley wine, Tally Ho, has been released, in refreshed packaging for a limited period.
The 7.2% ABV beer, packaged in a 330ml bottle, has been made by the Suffolk brewer since 1880.
Dark mahogany red in colour, Tally-Ho’s Christmas cake richness and warmth lends itself to wintery, fireside evenings, says the brewer.
Singing with flavours of raisins, dark chocolate, and toasted bread, an extended maturation period creates a smooth, round mouthfeel, which is tempered by a caramel sweetness.
