Healeys Cyder Farm, in Cornwall, has created a festive ad for its Rattler brand, leaving you in no doubt that, this Christmas, ‘Cyder is Coming’!
It’s a tongue-in-cheek take on a certain famous Christmas TV ad, featuring a Cornish Father Christmas (dressed in green, naturally, and as a nod to Santa’s original roots). He’s swapped his sleigh for a Rattler-branded lorry loaded with Cornish Cloudy Cyder.
Shot in locations including St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall’s ‘coming home’ trees, Healeys Cyder Farm, and even Perranporth Airfield, this festive spoof is full of local spirit and unexpected laughs, says Healeys.
As the lorry rolls through familiar Cornish backdrops, fans of Rattler appear in the ad, cheering the arrival of their beloved cyder. One dedicated fan watches the Rattler lorry roll by from his window… dressed in nothing but a pair of Rattler-green swimming trunks.
Partnering with RR Transport, Healeys infuses the ad with Cornish pride, featuring iconic locations and true fans who answered a callout on Rattler’s social media.
