Allsopp’s Brewery will return to pub operating again next week when it opens the doors of the Blue Stoops, in Kensington, London.
The name of the pub pays homage to the original Blue Stoops in Burton-upon-Trent, where the Allsopp’s family brewed in the 18th century.
The Allsopp’s beer brand returned last year, brewed using the original ledger, with a fresh take on the original British beer style that has shaped the beer world today.
The re-introduction of three of its classic brews, Allsopp’s Pale Ale, Best Bitter, and India Pale Ale, have been embraced by today’s real ale drinkers.
These three beers will be served at the Blue Stoops, with a fourth handpump reserved for guest beers.
