The board of Admiral Taverns has reached an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 18 freehold wet-led pubs from Marston’s.
The venues span the UK, in counties including Dorset, Derbyshire, and Yorkshire. The acquisition brings Admiral’s total estate to more than 1,420 sites.
The deal is Admiral’s second of the year, following its purchase of 37 pubs from Fuller’s in May. These strengthened Admiral’s presence in the South East of England.
Admiral has invested more than £38m in its pubs in the last 12 months.
