A discussion between Incognito founder Nick Robinson and Andy Burdon, co-founder of Powder Monkey, led to the development of the range.
The beers compliment the quality and quirkiness of the signature cocktails that Incognito are so well-known for.
Head brewer Mark Hamblin worked hard to ensure the beers reflected the cocktails and but worked well as beers in their own right.
