Vocation Brewery are celebrating a sweep of wins at the Great Taste Awards, receiving 3 stars for their Life & Death IPA, putting it in the top 1.8% of all entries.

One of the Vocation Brewery’s original beers and part of its core range, Life & Death (6.5% ABV) is a full-bodied, bold, and flavourful IPA, with bursts of tropical aromas, delicate floral notes, and a piney finish.
The judges at the Great Taste Awards praised Life & Death for having the perfect level of clean bitterness, and championing the IPA’s great hop character. One judge remarked that it was “a riot of flavours waltzing in joyous rapture”.
“We are absolutely thrilled that Life & Death has been awarded 3 stars at the Great Taste Awards,” said Tom Holmes, head of marketing at Vocation Brewery.
“As one of the most renowned accolades within food and drink, it’s an incredible achievement and a testament to the dedication of our team, who work incredibly hard to create great tasting, bold, and beautiful craft beers which push the envelope and give consumers more variety.
“We also received 2 stars for our Love & Hate IPA and Naughty & Nice chocolate stout, and 1 star for our Crush Hour haze pale, highlighting the exceptional quality and diversity of our beer range.”
