Ahead of its first anniversary, Lune Brew Co is to feature in BrewDog’s Up and Coming Brewers event this month, across 72 of its bars nationwide.
The brewer is launching three beers for the event. These are:
- Herd of Sleeping Elephants (6.2% ABV): a DDH IPA named after the hills at the source of the Lune Valley, where the brewery is based. Idaho 7, Talus, and El Dorado hops deliver mango, grapefruit, and pineapple flavours.
- Walking Down the Beaches, Looking at the Peaches (3.6% ABV): a refreshing, sessionable, peach-infused pale ale.
- Lune Lager (4.5% ABV): A Northern twist on a Swiss Alpine-style lager, made with all British-grown ingredients.
“We are beyond thrilled to be part of BrewDog’s Up and Coming Breweries event,” said Elliot Horner, co-founder of Lune Brew Co. “To be featured in all 72 BrewDog bars across the UK before we’ve even turned one is a dream come true.
“This event is the perfect stage to let people all across the UK sink a few of our pints. We have an incredible team here at Lune Brew Co and it’s great for all of us to see the hard work paying off.”
Based in the UK’s oldest Silk Mill in a small village called Galgate outside of Lancaster, Lune Brew Co is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of flavour and creativity.
