Balance Brewing & Blending, in Manchester, is to begin brewery tours, going behind the scenes at the business on Saturdays.
Balance are the only brewery in Manchester specialising in the production of barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation beers.
Inspired by the traditions of Belgium and the UK, they put their own stamp on our beers by using the best seasonal British ingredients they can find, and incorporating foraging, collaboration, and experimentation.
Guided by one of the founders of Balance, visitors will get a unique insight into every aspect of the process and the business’s story so far.
“Whether you’re a lover of all things funky or are new to our style of beer, you’ll leave with a much better understanding of how we’ve built our place in this wonderful little neighbourhood in Manchester,” says the brewer.
