The scheme will enhance brewing operations, increase capacity, and integrate new community spaces.

In partnership with the Drayton Civic Society, there will be a purpose-built space behind The Stag pub for the town’s museum.

The new building will feature reclaimed 19th century red clay bricks and clay roof tiles, seamlessly blending with the surrounding historical architecture while incorporating modern design elements.

Joule’s will also be carrying out work at its Red Lion pub in Market Drayton. The kitchen will be transformed and a space known as the Mouseroom coverted into a versatile space for everyday use. A dedicated meeting room will be added for local clubs and societies.

“We are committed to keeping the community informed throughout this process and look forward to celebrating the completion of this project with you all,” said a Joule’s spokesperson.
