Salford-based drinks business Seven Bro7hers, most famous for its beers and bars, has added a contract distilling arm to its portfolio.
Seven Bro7hers Distilling will specialise in crafting white label, bespoke spirits for the on- and off-trade. It will work with established brands looking to expand product lines, budding entrepreneurs with a passion for craft spirits, and corporate businesses looking to produce something unique for their brands.
Seven Bro7hers merged with their sisters’ gin business, formerly known as Sis4ers Distillery, in 2023. The brothers then launched their own spirits range which can be found in their beer houses.
“This is an exciting next step for the Seven Bro7hers brand,” said chief executive Keith McAvoy. “We have the expertise and resources to support your spirit journey, from concept to bottle.
“Our blend of traditional craftmanship and modern technology allows us to produce spirits that are both authentic and cutting edge.”
Polly’s Circadian Rhythm double IPA (8% ABV), out today, has an enormous hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic. “A punchbowl of tropical fruit notes, including mango, papaya, passionfruit, and just the slightest bit of grapefruit, dance around the palate for a DIPA that is all about juice and low bitterness,” says the brewer.
Twisted Brewing has launched Gold Rush, a 4% ABV pale ale, to mark the start of the Olympics. “The balanced bitterness and harmonious blend of citrus, floral, and earthy notes ensure it competes well with lagers while offering a unique and enjoyable experience,” says the brewer.
UnBarred Brewery’s Limoncello Berliner Weisse is back. “It’s a real favourite here at UnBarred Brewery, plus it was rated in the top three sour Berliner weisses in the UK by Untapped users!” says the brewer. Expect a balanced sour beer that delivers waves of tangy brightness with a crisp, clean finish.
