Brolly Brewing is promising “the best birthday bash this year” when it celebrates its first anniversary at its Horsham base this weekend.
The bar at the Brolly Brewing taproom
Since opening, the brewer has made more than 30,000 litres of beer and, interestingly, 97% of that has been consumed on-site at the Brolly Bar and Taproom.
Now the owners are repaying the loyalty of their customers with a weekend of family fun, running from Friday to Sunday.
Fourteen Brolly beers will be pouring, including a number of election specials, such as Liberale, Greener Grass and FOT. There will also be a Wimbledon special, Mixed Doubles (a strawberries and cream milkshake IPA) and a whisky-infused imperial stout which has been aged for nine months in a 25-year-old Laphroiag barrel.
Expect wine and cocktails, too, as well as street food and live music. Entry is free, and tickets are available on the Brolly Brewing website.
