Walthamstow-based brewing tech start-up Pinter has been recognised in the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work UK listing for 2024.

Pinter pour

Pinter allows consumers to make well-known brewery beers at home. They can also make multiple beer styles of their own at any time of year, from crisp lagers in the summer, to full-bodied ales for the winter.

Since its inception, Pinter has always striven to create a workplace culture that encourages collaboration, continuous growth, and an engaging atmosphere for all employees.

A focus on open communication and a balanced work-life culture ensures its team can achieve their best, both professionally and personally.

“At Pinter, we always ask new joiners what their superpowers are, and as strange as it might sound, my superpower is that I care (cheesy!),” said head of people, Julia de Mattos.

“We have built a team of people able to speak their minds, constantly push to do our best work possible, and celebrate our achievements. It drives everything we do.

“It’s hard to explain what it means to be part of this team, but I am so, so proud of every single one of us. We have a huge 2024 ahead of us and I can’t wait for all the things we will still achieve together.”
