Purity Brewing Co has launched Pure Pilsner (4% ABV), which follows an authentic Pilsner recipe and which has been lagered for four weeks.
Made from locally-sourced British hops, including Jester, Goldings, Challenger, and Pilgrim, alongside East Anglian Malts, this brew supports Purity’s Pure Eco values. These ensure the brewery’s carbon footprint is kept to an absolute minimum while delivering high quality.
The brewery says the launch reflects consumers’ changing consumption habits, with the increase in daytime and early-evening food and experience-led social activities driving demand for high-quality, lower-ABV drinks.
“With Pure Pilsner, we’re not only honouring tradition but also staying true to our sustainability roots,” said head brewer Flo Vialan.
“Made with locally-sourced ingredients and lagered for no less than four weeks, it’s a testament to our unwavering dedication to crafting only the finest beers.”
